Post-ENRICH IIS Overview
There is still much to be learned from the results of the ENRICH clinical trial which recently announced a 98% probability MIPS for ICH removal is superior to medical management. Despite this success, there is more to discover, especially surrounding anterior basal ganglia hemorrhage and less developed aspects of providing appropriate care for each patient. Thus, the NICO IIS Program has now expanded to include Post-ENRICH Areas of Interest.
NICO continues to be interested in providing support for researchers and physicians across a wide range of neuro-specialties committed to building clinical and scientific data to achieve better outcomes for patients using NICO technologies in Minimally Invasive Parafascicular Surgery (MIPS).
Below is a high-level overview of various Areas of Interest (AOIs), for the IIS Program. These concepts are provided to help guide project development and do not encompass the many topics which may be represented through an IIS submission. Concepts designed with one or more of these AOIs in mind, will receive the highest consideration. However, concepts outside of the AOIs listed, which represent ‘out of the box’ thinking may also be considered.
