Statement of 2023 Education Requirements
Minimally Invasive Parafascicular Surgery (MIPS) with BrainPath and Myriad

NICO Corporation has established minimum product education requirements in order for an institution to be eligible to purchase NICO’s BrainPath technology. Each of these steps should be completed, or scheduled to be completed, prior to an institution being eligible to purchase the BrainPath product family. These requirements apply individually to each physician intending to use the technology:

1. Successfully complete a recognized subcortical surgery course, meeting, or training
2. Complete NICO product training that includes the following:
   1. NICO product review and practice regimen on simulation molds
   2. On-site case support for the first two (2) MIPS cases for product training
3. Review all product literature, including instructions for use
